Rules, system boundaries, structural integrity, and enforcement model.

1. Purpose

The Constitution defines the rules, authority, and operational boundaries of the Econovetech system.

2. System Integrity

The system must remain unified, internally consistent, and non-fragmented. No hub, process, or token layer may operate outside the core structure.

3. Layer Enforcement

• Governance Layer rules, law, and authority.
• SaaS Execution Layer operations, automation, deployment.
• Hub Layer sector-specific outputs.

4. Allocation Compliance

All activity and value are subject to the fixed allocation rule:

• 50% Human Layer
• 37% System Layer
• 13% Creator Layer

5. Amendment Rule

Major structural changes require governance approval and system-wide consistency validation.
